1. Prevent high temperature
Outdoor LED display usually has a large area, large power consumption in the application process, and the corresponding heat dissipation is also large, coupled with the high external temperature, if the heat dissipation problem can not be solved in time, then it is likely to cause the circuit board heating and short circuit and other problems. In the production, to ensure that the display circuit board is in good condition, as far as possible in the shell design, choose hollow design, contribute to heat dissipation. During installation, it is necessary to adhere to the good ventilation condition of the display screen according to the device situation, and add heat dissipation equipment to the display screen when needed, such as installing air conditioners or fans inside to help the display screen heat dissipation.
2. Prevent typhoon

3. Prevent heavy rain
There is much rain in the south, so LED displays themselves have a high waterproof protection level to protect themselves from rain erosion. In the outdoor use environment, the outdoor LED display should reach the IP65 protection level, the module should be packed with glue, choose the waterproof box, and connect the module and the box with the waterproof rubber ring.
